This unit is very simple to install and use. We bought a second one for another trailer because it was so easy to use and install. The only problem we had was that the head cover had 2 broken tabs when it arrived, but it did not affect the overall performance of the jack, so we didn't even inform Vevor of the problem.

Kendrick boots Great jack
This Jack has served me very well. The only gripe I have is that it states it can be swiveled, though this is inaccurate. You have to have the holes to mount is sideways in order to swivel it.
