Awesome product! I used these on two jobs in the past 2 months. One to lift a deck temporarily while we replaced deck posts and another to support a porch roof while we replaced the support posts.

I was totally amazed by rhe quality, lightweight and prrecision of the fit. The item even comes with a metal bar to be ussed while crancking / decranking the height adjustment screw, and, the best part "the adjusting screw spins FREELY into the flat metal plate fixture! I lubed that joint between the height adjustment screw and the flat anchorage plate (BEFORE painting and the whole screw too, to ensure that they don't freeze in place, brcause of the paint
