It's very nice tool. I used it a lot. I also have a VEVOR 20V Cordless Hedge Trimmer. The problem is that the batteries are not compatible, even though both are from Vevor.

Fonctionne parfaitement mais impossible de recharger la batterie (chargeur à 21,5volts voyant vert allumé et la batterie a 17v ) dommage mais je recommande pas

I haven't had it for a year yet. Its definitely getting used for my plumbing business but it didnt preform last we used it Customer service is not easy to deal with

Drilled one hole and the kept slipping in the drill. It is an sds hammer drill so it should not slip at all. Had to remove the bit out of the hole to get it to start turning again and support on vevor is no help. No I will not buy anything else from vevor.

I would love to make a review, but I never received it. It was delivered, but I never received it. I received many things from this company, but not this. This company is not to be trusted. They don’t seem to look after their customers interest. There are four other items also which I will discuss also on this platform. I was looking enthusiastically for this particular tool. I can’t seem to get anybody to talk to or communicate with. All I can say BEWARE.

Only did few holes with it and the mode selector got stuck. Nothing to do with it. Wrote to support for replacement or refund and sadly they do not care and seems to make thing so complicated that you give up. "Send us a video (lower then 50 Mo) and we'll reach to you in 48 hours ( still getting that answer after 2 weeks). I'll have to call my credit card and ask for a refund.

Drill died before warranty expires. Reached out o Vevor with pictures and video of dead drill. Received so far four messages and zero action. This is what they send you multiple times instead of sending you replacements "Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing our product and for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We take your concerns very seriously and are committed to resolving your issue. We are currently analyzing the problem based on the information you provided, which may take some time. Typically, you can expect a response within 48 hours. To expedite the resolution of your issue, we have marked this case as a priority and will contact you immediately with any updates. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Sincerely, Vevor"

First time using the handle broke

Havent used it yet, it came without the drills that it was advertised with!

Purtroppo la batteria non dura più di un ora.
