This thing gets the job done. My only complaint is that I am unsure of how long it will last. I am pretty easy on it and it get pretty hot after sustained use. I have to give it breaks so that it doesn't kill the life of the drive motor. I am not sure if it is just my unit or what, but I doubt this is normal.

Machine has some design flaws could have been a little taller and side handle could have been up farther and the locking pin that holds the bits in lets bits start to fall out after first couple uses

Leaked oil from day one. Sent multiple pictures to the service department. Was sent an o-ring that I had no idea where to install. Ask for a parts manual, no response. Finally gave up and will keep topping up the fluid.

One of the case latch arrived brokend out of the box. I'm a little bit dissapointed..

menu says the new machine comes with oil，it is good for 25 hours usage without filling oil, but I got one which didn't contain any oil, I did use it about 20~30minutes before I figured out there is no oil at all. I worry about it could damage the machine running without oil, i contacted vevor online customer service, it asked me provid the witness picture, and then nothing, nonbody contact me, nobody really gives any help

It’s decent, was impressed after I started using it. Didn’t seem to hit like it should all the time. Had to almost stop it and restart for it to start hitting again. Other than that, which is the reason I bought it instead of using a sledge, it’s great lol. Even the chisels seem good quality.

Where do you find parts or bits for it.theres no part numbers or phone number to call and order that's not going to get anyone to buy your stuff

This unit broke after 3 use, used it 2x to demolish a concrete stairs, 3 time a half wall and went to go use it on a concrete fence nothing, just collecting dust now
