Worked for less than 1 hour and then basically burnt up and won't run anymore. I guess it is about what you would expect for a chinese product. Do not waste time or money. If it actually worked like it did for the first 45 minutes, it might be worth the cheap price. I am going to replace the carbon brushes (they actually send you an extra set with the order) - (obviously it must be the weak link.....just saying). The manual says they are good for 50 hours of use, but mine only lasted 45 minutes! I am not even sure if that is the problem or not, but it is all that I can figure out right now. I will update this if it is indeed the problem.

Bottom bolts come out. One lost already. Lock washers do not lock them in. Heavy leak on first fill. It did even out. Careful of over filling with oil

I bought this as a gift for someone and when he received it he notice the the trigger was broken and the following damages on the photo. It has never been used

The plastic handle broke on the very first use. Vevor has been “reviewing” my claim for weeks because they don’t want to send me a 50 cent plastic handle. Meanwhile, no work is getting done with this tool.

The motor housing cracked open after about 10 minutes of light use. Bought a lot of things from Vevor, this is the first time I've regretted it.

There is a permanent, noticeable gap in the handle where it was improperly assembled at the factory, meaning it isn't even completely sealed. Unbelievably, the hard plastic carrying case it arrived in has the same structural gap, showing a total lack of manufacturing quality. Mechanically, the jackhammer is fundamentally broken. The performance is highly inconsistent; when it actually strikes, it makes a normal loud noise, but it constantly cuts out and makes a muffled, empty noise without jackhammering anything. On top of that, it gets hot incredibly fast, forcing you to constantly shut it down to let it cool, creating a massive safety hazard. To make matters worse, it arrived with an empty oil container. The instruction manual is entirely useless and unclear, and VEVOR provides zero real setup videos. I cannot even find or read the oil gauge on this unit.VEVOR promises a "30-day no-hassle return," and I am currently forcing them to honor it. Do not risk your time or money on this frustrating, defective product!

No oil incluided for the tool, Leaks from the oil hole; the hammer sleeps fron the gear, you have to push it in a lot to force it to catch the gear to move; otherwise, it jst spins and the hammer does not move at all, the handle is very hard to grip, it is strong when it works but very heavy, you get what you paid for.
