I've used it enough now to see that it should last. only issue I have is that it leaks oil from where the chisel gets installed, not sure if this is by design or not but it works great still just need to make sure you keep the oil reservoir toped up. On the plus side you never have to change out the oil since you keep adding new stuff.

This jackhammer works wonderfully! It's controllable and easy to use. This hammer is perfect for breaking up rock or concrete, especially if you need to do a lot of it.
Be aware that this tool does not have a rotary function. For example, it cannot drill holes in rock or masonry. If this is something you might do, the SDS-max rotary hammer is probably a better choice. It still does a decent job of breaking up hard material, and it can also drill smooth holes.
