We’ve purchased many items from VEVOR and we are very happy with them and intend to continue in the future. Shipping is fast. My wife has a recent cancer diagnosis, 2 weeks later she’s in for bilateral mastectomy. We have a 9 month old German Shepherd puppy with massive energy and have yet to let her off leash. Post surgery we won’t be walking her for many weeks, we decided to fence in an area for her to run w/out taking off and ending up who knows where. We live on an 8 acre field so we picked out an area that is 100 feet long by 50 feet wide to fence in. My son and I were digging the holes for the posts when we ran into some boulders beneath the soil way too large to remove, some were only 3 - 4” deep, others were just below the surface. It ended up being on the 100’ side, It was 8 out of the 10 that had to be drilled and hammered out. While digging the holes the hammer arrived.😃! Using an SDS MAX w/1/2” X 21” bit drilling holes 12” in diameter x 18” in depth, we’d drill 6”, chisel out 3”,clean out, rinse, repeat, for all holes needing drilling. After reading the manual and post setup, we used it almost immediately. drilled holes +/-1” apart, a lot of holes to drill. 😳😤😆. The manual states that you have to put grease (oil) in the gear box before use, approximately 60g of 15W/40 hydraulic oil. There is a clear sight glass that is used as a gear box plug that threads in, it uses a rubber O-ring that functions as a seal. When viewing the oil level through the sight glass, ensuring that the hammer is standing vertical, with the bit end towards the ground, the oil should be just a very small bit below the center of the glass. After approximately 50 hours you are to open the cap and tip the hammer onto its side to drain the oil out, then refill with the appropriate oil with around 60g. The issue with the one I received is, while using the hammer, the oil would warm up, this phenomenon is normal, however during the 5th hole it began to drain out, running down the shaft of the bit through the hole where the bit is inserted and locked into place (chuck) this phenomenon is not normal🤷. Hence, we had to stop using the hammer. At first I thought that maybe it was the small amount of grease that I applied to the chuck end of the bit before locking it in place that was running out. After checking everything out this is not possible, there is too much running out and the oil keeps needing refilling after a short while, making use of the hammer extremely inefficient. The hammer arrived on 3 October 2024 and has a very small amount of time on it. This fence is critical for us to complete in a very timely manner, (before the ground freezes) the hammer is the tool that will help make this possible. We chose the 3500w model as it appears as though it is the most durable and would be the most reliable. Take away the leak, the hammer functions exactly as designed, very effective.

non comprero' più niente dei vostri prodotti .Il demolitore, se così si può chiamare, è arrivato con una lesione importante e non funzionante , ho fatto presente sul vostro sito con foto il giorno dopo l'arrivo che volevo fare il reso, ma mi avete risposto sporadicamente con proposte di 20 euro e via dicendo bloccandomi più è più volte la procedura di reso, alla fine nemmeno paypal mi ha rimborsato nonostante la pratica di diffida del venditore facendo finta di non capire quale fosse il problema, facendo scadere i giorni utili per fare il reso (più di 30 giorni). Alla fine mi è stato detto che potevo fare il reso a mie spese che mi costava più della metà di quello che ho pagato (173 euro di spedizione per 120 di trapano scadente) .Io questo lo chiamo furto ,ma provvederò a fare tutte le recensioni negative possibili.

The package arrived with a damaged carrying case. Reached out to customer service to try and get a new storage case for it and it ended with the crediting me $47 to keep the damaged one ( I would have preferred to just have a new case) but since it was so difficult dealing with them I said screw it. Used the hammer for approximately one hour total and some seal busted and leaked a bunch of oil/grease out through the bit hole. I didn’t take any photos because I didn’t plan to do a review until they emailed asking me to.

This machine is a pain in the ass. The engagement of the machine to the tool (spade, chisel, pointer) is intermittent or nothing at all. You will wrestle with this tool trying to find the sweet spot so that the engagement consistent to finish the work. Don’t think for a minute that this tool can be used for medium or large jobs.

Looks good but would not start chipping mode on hard dirt. I bought it to help dig a ditch. Would not activate. Had to send back for refund

El martillo de demolición ha dejado de funcionar con menos de dos meses de uso y Vevor no hace honor a la garantía. Llevo dos semanas intentando que me den una solución pero Vevor solo atiende a través de un chat en el cual un supuesto agente redirige el caso a un departamento técnico que no contesta. Voy a poner una reclamación en consumo

The motor housing cracked open after about 10 minutes of light use. Bought a lot of things from Vevor, this is the first time I've regretted it.

When I received this unit, the spare brushes were broke.  I got in touch with them and they sent me new ones.  After one hour of use, one of the brushes went bad.  Changed the brush.  After 20 minutes of use, another brush went bad.  Replaced that brush.  30 minutes later, another brush went bad.  I contacted Vevor and they said that can't get me replacement brushes, even though they did when they were the spares were broke.  I even offered to pay for them.  They told me to ship the hole unit back and they would replace the whole unit, instead of sending me new brushes.  I sent the unit back with a prepaid Fedex label.  I get the new, replacement, unit and the box is covered in oil.  The spare oil you get busted open and everything in the box is covered in oil.  I was concerned about the oil getting into the motor and causing issues.  They said I can't send it back because of the oil on the unit.  So I cleaned up the unit the best I could.  And then I plug it in to see if it works and it smoked.  So, I had a unit that worked and all it needed was brushes and now I have a brand new unit that got ruined by oil and doesn't work because it shorted out from the oil getting into the motor.  NO NO NO NO NO, I do NOT recommend this unit.
