I bought this tool to remove ceramic tile in my laundry room. When I tried using the demolition hammer for the first time it would not engage the chisel. I checked the grease level which was full. I tried light pressure and heavier pressure and the demolition hammer will not work. I now have everything moved out of the laundry room and have no way to remove the ceramic tile. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Please do not buy this jack hammer. Trust me, it is cheap for a reason. The reason is, you cannot find replacement chisels either on vevor's website or anywhere on the net. I tried to contact Customer Support. They sent me a link for the chisels that was third party and not the chisels that I needed. I specifically needed flat chisels to take down some tiles. Their customer service is a joke and wanted me to send a video of how their product did not work. Now, anyone reading this comment, can you please help me, How do i show a jack hammer without the proper chisel attachment and show these guys that It is not working. Their simple trick is, they sell the chisels that I need as part of a bundle that is together with a $300 jack Hammer, Now I would need to buy a much costlier item just to get one chisel. And they would not refund. Stay away please.

From the day I bought the item it never works i send a message about it. And they sent some information that's didn't help at all.

I buy for my project and it is broken in 15 min, customer service is worse as well they promise me to sent parts but who is going to change it. Unless they refund or return this they just give partial payment. The question is the product is still damage and useless if you provide customer partial refund what they do with the product which iis 100% Unless They are not good as described and again customer service is worse as well do not buy this product

Works great for about five seconds and turns off automatically definitely some electrical short! Sad!
