Do not order. I have had nothing but problems with these machines. I have contacted vevor numerous times with no joy of a refund or return. The two machines I ordered have the same problem. Trying to run a business and this happening is a disgrace. The customer service is shocking and I wont be buying again ,

Bij het aanzetten van de apparatuur en het starten van het suikerspin maken proces lukt het om 4 suikerspinnen te maken. Daarna lijkt het alsof de machine vastloopt en krijg ik er geen suikerspinnen meer uit. Helaas apparaat moeten uitdoen op het verjaardagsfeestje van mijn nichtje tot grote teleurstelling van de kinderen en mijzelf!

Product itself isn't bad after getting it a month late. Awful experience with customer service. Received the cover quickly. Contacted support because the actual machine said it still hadn't shipped. Was rudely assured I was wrong that it hadn't shipped yet when it said it hadn't. They message me back much later saying there was in fact an issue. So after sorting all of this out, I was told I can order another one for the same price. I ended up getting it after the party I was wanting it for.

Did everyone else get one with a EU plug in thing I cannot even use it in Canada cause it needs to plug into a European outlet. So frustrating.

Never received my purchase of a cotton candy machine. Said it was delivered but they never delivered it. God absolutely no help from this company. Piss poor customer service. Never buy anything from them again

A termék nem felel meg a valóságnak,2-3db vattacukrot csinált,és nem lehetett már használni. Nem adta ki.A leírásnak nem megfelelő. Ára a nulla teljesíitményhez irreális. A forgalmazó,Vevor , a bejelentett email címre,a visszaküldésre és az engem ért anyagi kárterítesre nem valaszol. Fotózni felesleges,itt a teljesítmèny , a nulla a lényeg.

Very disappointed with Vevors service. I ordered this basic cotton candy machine for my 2 year old son’s birthday party and then decided to upgrade it with the cart. I cancelled this order before they even sent a notice it was out for shipping and ordered the one with a cart. Both were delivered and they refused to give me a return shipping label and tried to charge me $50 for shipping. I message them several times and th responses were vague and responses delayed. Very disappointed in the way they handle business. I will remove this when I receive a shipping label as they should have provided from the beginning.
