I bought this product over a month ago when it arrived and I opened the bog it arrived in there was a part of the machine broken of ,I reported this to vevor ASAP 4 weeks on I am still waiting for a new part which I am not very happy about simply because when I get the part I don't know if it works. It would have been better to have sent the whole thing back and get a new

Ordered the 9th of September it was picked up on the 10th of September. It made it to Waukegan IL on the 12th and that's the last update I received. I never got the sprayer. They asked me if I wanted a refund, I told them no I wanted the sprayer. They told me that since they didn't investigate where it was that they couldn't send me another one

Looks like a great product. Too bad support is a 24-48h reply. If yours works great, if you have a problem then I hope you have lots and lots of time built into your project.

Awful

They do not honor warranty. They offer a $20 for u to go somewhere to get fixed. Spend a hour today on chat and whould not accept pitiful off they would no longer respond. Stay away from this site. No warrenty honored.

This company literally has the worst customer service. Both the paint sprayer and chain saw were received defective out of the box. I have been emailing back and forth with their customer service for over 2 weeks now with still no resolution. All I am asking is for them to replace the defective items with items that work, but they can't seem to do that. Do not buy from Vevor. I also had a core drill that was rented maybe 4 times and the motor gave out on it. It is one thing for a company to sell subpar equipment, but then to refuse to replace items that were received defective is horrible.

After my 1st project done, i stored in shed, when time to used in my 2nd project, it's not turning ON anymore, i don't know what happened

Didn’t work right out of the box. Would pop the breaker as soon as you turned it on. Customer service told me to try a different plug in which I described to them that I already tried that before contacting them. They had no idea and didn’t want to refund. So I took it apart gave the electric motor a spin by hand and it started working so evidently something was was slightly jammed when it was put together. It works pretty good. Alittle noisy

Recieved 950W paint sprayer the day before a job for a client, I plug it in to test it and make sure it works and the thing doesnt even turn on! I heard this would happen to me if I purchased directly from their website on reddit.

Purchased this a month ago , when to use it three days ago for the first time and the had no suction , customer service sucked cause u can’t call them it’s all email , so I don’t delay in the job I had to do the job the old fashioned way roller and brush , after 12 hours customer service reached back with a video that didn’t help , I actually had to go on YouTube to find a video that helped , it was the outlet valve that was stuck , how this happens on a brand new machine I have no clue and customer service still sucked cause they told me to press the button for the inlet valve , maybe if you could call them it would make the process faster .
