Works good , but the one I received has an off balanced cut roller hope this doesn't effect the longevity of the machine motor also rocks back and forth because of the roller being off balanced. I probably would not buy it again if I knew it was like that

Bought this thought it was good for the price but having lots of issues it won’t strip soft wire or hard overhead wire so idk tried everything its works ok for some smaller stuff

Item doenst work well at all. the wire doesnt feed through straight and works its way up the taperd wheels and stops running against the blade. No adjustment possible to fix the issue.

Le colis arrivé, ouvert et la molette de réglage cassée. Impossible de dénuder du 1.5mm2. Malgré deux heures a essayer de comprendre, démonter. Les axes ont énorméments de jeu. Bref pas top du tout !!

Seal on inner bearing came off after half hour of use, copper fragments migrated into bearing, seized up bear, damaged the motor.
I asked for a refund and return label, they offered me a new bearing. Terrible product, even worse customer service.
I even told them when they refunded me I was going to immediately purchase the model one size bigger, as I thought it will be more robust. Absolutely unacceptable.
See picture. Bearings are completely exposed.
