I had a lot of copper wire lying around. I stripped at least 2500 dollars worth with this tool. One tip is if the wire keeps rolling on you, set the guide to feed in from a lower angle. Once I learned this it went smooth as can be. Worked with drill and hand crank just fine.

This was a present for my father in law who strips a whole lot of cable to keep himself occupied then sells the copper. He is over the moon with it and in his own words he says it has cut down the time it used to take him by more than half.
Very good product.

Does exactly what is says and strips wire quickly and efficiently once you get the knack. Keep the blade as high as possible so you cut the shield but not the copper cable to preserve blade life
