I purchased for a single use. It was inexpensive, and I hoped it would get me by.
I was pleasantly surprised.
It is easy to use every function, and while I had issues trying the scratch arc TIG... I managed to figure the basics out to at least make some test welds.
With some longer leads, the stick process would be easy to use without moving the machine all over.
MIG function is flawless for both flux and gas welding.
All I need to do now is find a source for consumables for the welder.

The first one I bought was a different model and had some problems but after discussing it with CS which was pretty fast overall I was able to go ahead and bit this .model. I am a master welder . Been welding for126 years . Ii was welding when they used to call it hot lightning metal glue. I once welded my arm to a boat , on purpose . This machine is pretty good I would feel bad a little for first timers . You tube has videos but not on how to adjust the settings on these particular machines . I would buy it again .
