I use this press alot ! It's awesome for leather patches and other stick on hat images. We do a ton of Richardson and you pong hats

Product was great until it broke down. No problem if I had somewhere to buy spare parts to replace the failed part but there's nowhere to order spare parts. So how do I maintain this machine? Also, a maintenance manual wouldn't hurt either.

Easy to use, presses great. The only thing is I wish the platens were not so sharp on the edges. I have to put a pad on it so it does not leave marks on my hats.

Does what it's intended to do. Don't have any complaints. I would have gotten the Manuel one but didn't realize it was the automatic one until I got it to my shop.

Great machine for the price. The control knob is a bit flimsy and it lacks a bottom heat platen, but it also comes with the extra platens for different sized hats. Again for the money you can't beat the product. I has performed very well so far.

Still waiting for replacement on ticket #35094884550412. I received a message asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I've asked for a replacement and now not getting an answer back. We had got 6 and this one did not work from day one.

I purchased this cause its compact and liked the look of it. So far I like it and it's very easy to use and comes with everything you need. It takes up minimal space and warms up pretty quick. I have experience with other hat presses so I definitely like the turn dial / push button automated system. Ive stamped about 40 hats so far and no issues. My only concern is if the automated clamping system stops working there is no manual way to press the hats which then would make the press useless in theory. There is also no pressure control should you want to adjust anything. I would recommend this product to anyone that has a small home office type of business or tinkering with making hats. If you plan to use it commercially and produce 1000s of hats I would suggest the handle version just because idk what the longevity of that automated clamp is. I also didn't see any maintenance notes to possibly increase the lifespan of the mechanics. Like maybe greasing the gears or cleaning of sorts. It would have been nice to get a sample (4"x6")Teflon Sheet with the press so you can start using it out of the box. I ended up ordering 3 (12"x16)"rolls on Amazon for $6 and cut to my desired size. That should last you a long time and I wouldn't suggest stamping anything without one. So maybe for future orders it be awesome if Vevor threw in 1 sheet to start. Love it and I would buy it again for sure!

The machine works good. The only thing to make it better is if Thay had included some kind of tempter guide.

Excellent product in terms of control, it irons great, but the motor breaks down soon. The gears of the electric motor transmission are destroyed by use. It lasts about 500 ironings. When our first one broke, we tried not to use the second one so often, but the same problem still occurred.
