Rachel Great machine, love that you can store the roll of bags inside it even when in use
It does exactly what it says it does, and it does it well. The price is great, the function is great.

RMerz01 Vacuum Sealer Machine, 80Kpa 120W Powerful Compact Food Sealer
If you've used sealer machines in the past, this will come easy. My only qualm is even if you set it to moist or oil, it tends to still fill the drip tray quite a bit because it's that powerful so I manually cut it off to seal early so I don't pull liquid into the vac lines.
