Bought it after reading reviews and watched videos. I don't regret it at all. Works really well. Good construction. The only thing is that there are no instructions for cleaning vinyls (such as product to use, temperature, time, etc). It should include a basket for cleaning other products like the regular 6L cleaner.

I am happy with the product considering its value in price and features. It held up after cleaning ~200 vinyls. The only complaint is the location of the setscrew that affixes the vinyl holder to the motor shaft. As a result, the setscrew cannot fully set on the motor shaft and, therefore, it became loose after a few sessions of use and you have to re-tighten it. The durability in the long term remains to be seen.

Deducted 1 start because the plastic separators used between records seem to have slightly different hole sizes. Some slide right on to the spindle, some take a bit of shoving. Also the clamp that the record spinner attachment comes with requires some force to get on to the side of the cleaner. Other than that, it works well. I have seen a slight improvement after cleaning my records using this device. It is not night and day, but there is definitely a difference in reduced surface noise. I also prefer it to using cleaning fluids and a velvet brush, because that seems to leave gunk on the stylus after a while.

Pretty good unit for $200; would be better if the sonication was from the side (it's from the bottom). It does clean deep grooves, and is especially useful for jazz, classical and acoustic/folk records where the music is quiet.

Nice package. I've only cleaned 3 batches with 0 problems so far. Cleans bargain bin finds as well as records ive had for 50+ years. I even run brand new records through before spinning. Drying rack is very useful. The only problem I encountered is the setscew for the spindle is a little short. I really had to dig to find a replacement with same thread count. It still comes loose after 30 minute run time but it doesn't stop turning. I would buy it again. You can't beat it for the money.

Works well for cleaning the grooves of vinyl records. On some albums the difference is night and day (if the grooves are dirty), on others there is no difference (if the grooves are pitted or scratched).I clean 1 album at a time for 10 minutes at 35°c in a solution of distilled water and 10drops of Photoflow. Works best on records I have maintained since new, but now noticing more surface noise. This unit will not restore bargain bin albums to as new condition. I would recommend this unit for someone that has been thinking about replacing certain albums they own (in good condition) because of surface noise. One caveat, the unit is noisy. 90db at 15cm distance.

Item arrived in timely manner and in perfect condition. The machine cleans records nicely as it intended purposes. 2 of the record separators had a film of sticky substance on it and I was not able to clean them off. I contacted Vevor and they sent me 2 replacements quickly. The unit is made of good quality metal and is quiet enough while in operation. The only improvement to it for me would be to have a speed adjustable for the rotating motor, another thing I noticed is when the temperature in the tank is lower than the "preset temperature" sometimes it doesn't automatically turn the heater on so I had to turn it on manually. Otherwise, I am happy with the purchase and hopefully it lasts me many years and thousands of records.

THE MACHINE IS AN ULTRASONIC DEVICE, SO IT WORKS AS IS. HOWEVER, THE VINYL CLEANER IS AN ADDITION TO THIS MACHINE. I WOULD SAY IT WORKS OK, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ASSEMBLE IT, AND I HAD TO RESEARCH ON YOUTUBE A WAY TO BUILD IT. OVERCAME THIS STEP; THE RESULT IS FANTASTIC, THE DIFFERENCE IS AMAZING AND CLEAR IN YOUR EARS. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT, BUT THE SELLER COULD BE MORE CAREFUL WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. 5 FOR THE RESULTS / 1 FOR CUSTOMER CARE.

Apparaat functioneert bij mij niet goed. warmt maar op tot 32 a 33 graden, ik gebruik het om platen te reinigen, ook de timer maakt ontzettend lawaai, er is een digitale klok die aftelt maar je hoor van binnen ergens een geratel de hele tijd zolang de timer is ingesteld. Ik wilde dit probleem aan de helpdesk voorleggen door even te telefoneren maar dat wordt niet toegestaan, je moet weer via zo'n irritantie chatbot heen en dan gaan zij binnen enige tijd reageren. en dan vragen ze om filmpjes...... Hoe moet ik het opwarmen filmen.... dat duurt een half uur of nog langer.. Kortom over de helpdesk ben ik zeer ontevreden, en het lijkt er ook op dat je vanuit het buitenland door iemand wordt bedient want er staat altijd bij dat de mails worden vertaald.
