Heb ondertussen de ultrasoonreiniger al enkele malen gebruikt, en doet perfect wat hij moet doen, enkel de 3 liter is maar 2 liter!!! er kan in totaal 2 liter mengsel in en dan is hij volledig gevuld tot aan de aanduiding en staat het mandje volledig onder zonder de te reinigen onderdelen erin, dan heb je nog 1 cm tot aan de rand over dus die derde liter zal er zeker nooit in geraken.... samengevat: doet wat hij zegt enkel het volume is niet echt correct, maar voor mijn toepassing kan ik ermee weg

Had the unit for a week, worked perfectly. Went to use the unit again, it blew the ground fault receptacle. Moved the unit to another circuit. Blew the ground fault. Opened a trouble ticket with Venor. They sent a email requesting a video of what was happening. Plugged the unit back into the same circuit , it worked flawlessly. The unit is working fine. I have used it at least 10 times, no problems. let the trouble ticket close. The unit has a 1 year warranty. Overall, the unit works well.

Mooi apparaat dat makkelijk in te stellen is, goede verwarming en ook nog een mooi design heeft, levering was snel, en prijs kwaliteits verhouding is goed te noemen

I really like the heating function in this unit, it saves having to change the liquid as often if you like using slightly heated liquid,I always find they work a bit better when degreasing parts,if it had a drain like the bigger units I would give it a better rating but you have to lift the whole machine over the sink to drain it, but all in all a good unit

The grips are really shallow, moving it (even empty) causes discomfort. A bit weak pulses, but works. Only fixed workingpatterns.

Das 2 Liter Gerät ist sogar zu klein um eine Brille zu reinigen. Der nutzbare Wasserbereich liegt bei gut 500 ml. Davon abgesehen reinigt es sehr gut

Worked fir one cycle, then quit. No ultrasonic action. Two friends have had Vevor ultrasonic failures and this is my second. These products are definitely junk. Are you going to do anything? I've already sent you a complaint and of course it is ignored. The rest of you products seem to work but this one should not be sold. I'm leaving tonight for winter. Looks like you got me.

Lasted two cleanings. Wrote the company for refund or return or replacement. Without any description other than the ultrasonic part does not work, they decided that my only course of action for them to send a replacement part that I must replace myself. They would ship it out immediately. I received it a month and a half later. I found other ways to clean my parts in the meantime, so I have not been in a rush to fix it. However, 3 days after I received a new circuit board, I received an email asking if I had installed part and if it repaired it. I was given 48 hours to respond or they would consider the matter closed. The implication was that the warranty was now over. The customer service is so bad, it is almost laughable.
