I bought it last week and arrived last Tuesday. Took it out of the box and plugged it in for the first time. It beeped then went dead and won’t turn on. I felt disappointed with it. Hopefully it gets sorted

Die Heizpresse funktioniert grundsätzlich gut und die Pressleistung ist in Ordnung. Leider ist die Qualität der verbauten mechanischen Komponenten für einen gewerblichen Einsatz völlig unzureichend. Besonders problematisch ist die Hub- und Spindelmechanik zum Öffnen und Schließen der Presse. Nach vergleichsweise kurzer und normaler Nutzung ist die Gewinde-/Spindelmechanik im Inneren bereits stark abgenutzt bzw. beschädigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der betroffenen Teile deutlich. Die Maschine wurde normal und entsprechend ihrem vorgesehenen Verwendungszweck benutzt. Es handelt sich meiner Meinung nach nicht um normalen Verschleiß nach einer angemessenen Nutzungsdauer, sondern um eine erhebliche Schwäche bei der Material- und Verarbeitungsqualität. Die Pressleistung selbst ist gut. Das eigentliche Problem ist jedoch die mangelnde Qualität und Haltbarkeit der mechanischen Bauteile. Für eine Maschine, die auch für gewerbliche Nutzung angeboten wird, ist eine solche Haltbarkeit nicht akzeptabel. Aufgrund dieses Qualitäts- bzw. Materialproblems möchte ich die Maschine zurückgeben und bitte um eine vollständige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises. Die beigefügten Fotos dokumentieren den Defekt.

This press does not have ease of use when interchanging attachments. You must unscrew and disassemble to use another attachment. I contacted customer support about a return and cannot call them and they will not issue a return/refund without first creating a ticket and letting them evaluate your return reason! End of story I want to return it’s not even used!

Van zeer lage kwaliteit. wanneer je het opzetstuk gebruikt om een pet te bedrukken dan gaat heel de arm scheef staan.

I bought this to do iron ons with. My house burned last year and the press I had bought here before was lost. I got this one because it didn't have as many attachments and the price was good. However, the handle you see bottom front had no bolts to put it on. The black handle on the top right was loose and will not fasten down and one side has completely come out. There's nothing to screw it into. Last, but definitely not least, the top part of the press that goes down on your project to iron it on wiggles as you lift and lower it. I'm afraid it will move my project and mess it up. I'm disappointed. The first one that burned was a good one. No movement at all with pressing. I'm not rich, so I will have to wait awhile before I can get a different one.

I used it 5 times and it broke! The electronics fried and can’t adjust time or temp

When I started working with my heat press, I could not get the temperature right. I emailed them and all I got back was to play more with the temperature. I finely got my self a heat gun and I set the heat press at 235c. When it was read I tested it with a heat gun. The front was only 151c, sizes 179c & 121c, middle 180c and the back was only 145c. Also tested the tumbler and it was no better - at 200c it was, middle 145c, sides 126c, one end and the other was 122c. I wish I had my heat gun earlier as I would have gotten a refund.

This item came severely damaged. Luckily it did not effect heating element- but I believe it effects the pressure. Vevor was not willing to refund (but a partial to be used for future purchases). Contacted customer service many times. The most recent was to ask what both of the foam pads were for. They said that my question had to be upgraded to their technological Dept.! Seriously! By the time they got back with me, I had already figured it out myself. Their return policy is not a positive one! I think if I paid for a brand new unit, I should’ve got a brand new unit and not a damaged one!

Registers 40-45 degrees cooler than the read out. I ruined one dtf transfer and a shirt trying to get it to work. Contacted customer service first day and their response was my infrared thermometer is wrong. They don’t respond to my emails, no suggestion to switch out Control unit or programming. Are ignoring my request to return for refund. Judging by the time of their generic correspondence I’m guessing it’s a Chinese based company that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or customer service. If the press worked I’d recommend it, but check other manufacturers before you buy
