Bought this Machine. First time we open the box it could not heat - we tried tall to set temperature but its still cold.
We tried for 3 month to contact Vevor by mail - No response. Tried to get help trought their Chat. They dont answer either?

Después de casi 15 dias en espera de una respuesta convincente por su equipo me hacen saber que siga teniendo pasiencia para solucionar mi problema con aparato llamado dragón que tendría que esperar 15 días más porque no se encuentra en sus almacenes.
Y para más información ayer me manda un mensaje diciendo que si no estoy pendiente a sus correos lo tomaran como que problema está resuelto.
Muy falta de respeto de su parte.

I bought this heat press for my sister for Christmas. She got the using it today but it won't work, and also it was already put together. Which leads me to believe that someone shipped it back to you. So right now my sister has a heat press that doesn't work. And this thing's pretty heavy, I don't really want to send it back, I just want a new one that's never been out of the box, it's clear to see that this heat press is already been out of the box and put together, the styrofoam is all boogered up. But mostly it just does not function the way it's supposed to, so I am requesting a replacement as soon as possible. Alan

Die Heizplatte wird gar nicht gleichmäßig warm und erreicht die eingestellte Temperatur nicht. 145 Grad sind eingestellt und ich habe zwischen 50 und 120 Grad gemessen.
Die ganze Konstruktion ist sehr wackelig was einen gleichmäßigen Anpressdruck unmöglich macht. Das auf Reklamation zugesandte Einstellvideo war gut gemeint aber löst das Problem nicht weil alles Spiel hat und sich verbiegt.
Die Kappenpresse die im Zubehör enthalten ist kann man sich sparen. Die Bedienung ist umständlich und die ganze Geometrie ermöglicht kein gleichmäßiges andrücken
