El producto viene defectuoso, reclamo a vevor y a los dos días me escriben mandándome un vídeo en el cual la máquina que sale ni siquiera es la misma que yo compré y me dicen que la arregle yo misma, un uso tiene la maquina y no ayudan en nada, esta tienda unas una estafa, muy mal todo

Was not delivered

Bought, was a lot larger than expected. They wouldn't do the free returns because of the fine print says free returns aren't free returns. Decided to keep it and it wouldn't heat up the tshirt part but would heat other items. They offered to ship me replacement thermal fuses. I said no and they finally refunded it. I don't want to throw it away, but here we are since it didnt work as expected. Highly doubt I'd buy from them again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A WEBSITE.! Absolute waste of money. Ordered and was delivered product which was Dead on Arrival. Sent support ticket and told to wait 48 hours after sending video of broken unit. Proceeded to wait 3 days, then told I would need to wait another 48 hours for someone to even look at the product or give any support. Asked for a replacement unit to be sent immediately as this was obviously not getting anywhere. Then proceeded to get told I would get a refund instead within 48 hours. It has been 3 days and no progress on Refund and no response on email.

I received a heat press with a manufacturer defect. I submitted 3 tickets for customer support and even a return request and I got one dismissive, ignorant response with zero attention to resolving my issue. I still await to return the product or I will contact my banking institution to investigate and process a refund.

I bought this to make shirts it doesn’t get hot vevor keeps sending me videos on how to use it vs refunding or sending me a new one don’t buy cheap and junky also the press is now level so what took an hour to get warm wouldn’t stick in half because the presses was off level !! Zero starts

Prodotto di pessima qualità. dopo un mese di utilizzo si sono rotte tutte le viti del manico, non pressa bene. Materiale scadente, sembra un giocattolo Ho contattato l'assistenza senza successo.

Nur die untere Hälfte der Heizplatte wird richtig heiß. Der DTF-Print haftet dadurch nicht gleichmäßig auf dem Textil – die obere Hälfte wird nicht korrekt übertragen. Um dennoch ein brauchbares Ergebnis zu erzielen, bin ich gezwungen, das Shirt zu drehen und den Vorgang erneut durchzuführen. Ich habe bereits alle empfohlenen Einstellungen ausprobiert – inklusive maximaler Temperatur und längster Presszeit, wie es auch im Handbuch beschrieben ist. Leider bleibt das Ergebnis unverändert: Die Wärmeverteilung ist ungleichmäßig und entspricht nicht dem, was ich von einer professionellen Heißpresse erwartet habe. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!

j’ai fais 100 t-shirt et la machine se plie complètement, elle est déréglé car elle est en plastique, le plastique se casse à des endroits c’est à fuire !!

Très déçue mes impressions ne s’impriment pas sur mon support et mon flex ne colle pas il faut élever considérablement la température et ka durée . J’ai perdu beaucoup de papier d’encre et des tee short des décapsuleurs tous les supports que j’ai essayé sont partis à la poubelle ça commence à faire cher
