amazing machine wish they offered part replacement for it though as over a short time many uses i did have a small issue of the heat banding in it bubbling causing hot spots they replaced the unit for free after images were sent i use this on a daily so i can see how in under 12 months it had this issue but for a smaller business or hobby no dramas set forget turn on and go again beeps to let u know whats what its a good machine

I am very satisfied with the product. Very easy to use. It only took 2 minutes before I started pressing the first cup. I have ordered 2 more machines so I can make 3 at once. Recommended
