Suite au ticket VEVOR Ticket #1786386785404 j’ai bien reçu votre nouvel envoi. Toutefois, il semblerait que vous ayez un TRES sérieux problème avec l’emballage des produits chez votre fournisseur en CHINE. En effet, le produit est de nouveau endommagé au même endroit: : Le capot noir de protection du ventilateur moteur est encore enfoncé de 15 mm ! Moins que la dernière fois, certes, Je pense que le mouvement des pales du ventilateur ne devrait pas être perturbé (?) Il en est de même de 2 points de fixation des vis de ce capot . Bref vous auriez intérêt à vérifier le contenu des cartons que vous envoyez, car deux produits de suite endommagé, cela fait beaucoup! Je vous demande en conséquence de m’accorder un remboursement significatif compte tenu du mauvais état du produit. Faute de quoi, j’envisagerai sans délai des poursuites à votre encontre pour tromperie sur la qualité de la marchandise .livrée. J’attends avec impatiente votre réponse, Cordialement, JL

This machine is fine for producing coarse sawdust, not much else. NOTHING like the fine flour shown on the website photos, even on the finest possible settings! See pics! Vevor's solution was "use several pass throughs"! When we try to go finer, the machine binds up and trips the breaker. Asking for a refund, but have gotten nothing from customer service.

If you work hard for your money, I would strongly advise against buying this grinder. Unfortunately, it is the worst product I have purchased from VEVOR. The first unit I received didn't work at all, and getting support was frustrating because I was given the runaround before it was replaced. The replacement unit only lasted until the fourth use before it failed. Spending over $600 on a machine that became unusable after such limited use was extremely disappointing. I purchased this grinder to process dried plantain into flour. I already own several other VEVOR products, including their vegetable cutter and food dehydrator, and both have performed exceptionally well. I would recommend those products without hesitation. However, this grinder has been a complete letdown. Because the grinder failed, I've been forced to use my VEVOR blender instead. While the blender works, it has a small capacity and was never designed for grinding large quantities of dried plantain. As a result, the process is slow, exhausting, and far less efficient than it should be. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this grinder. The lack of durability and poor reliability make it a disappointing investment, especially for anyone who depends on their equipment for a business.

Prepago, 1 mes esperando, dando por hecho que estaba “pendiente de entrega” y no es hasta que reclamo que me decís que el paquete se extravió. A reclamar imporge y a buscarme la vida para adquirir la máquina.

Order this machine to make flour. The machine looked beautiful, but came defective and not functioning. I wrote to customer service, received the answer with the video to check all connections. Apparently I have to disassemble the entire machine and check all cable connections. I did that, but still not working. Wrote back to them and asked for a replacement. Still waiting for a reply. Hopefully the company is going to take responsibility and replace the non-working unit and not going come up with more tasks for me to try to fix it.

Tried using it just once and not working anymore. Reached out to service but won't fix it. Total waste of money. I do not recommend.

le livreur GLS a déposé hier soir le coli devant le portail sans sonné ! le carton était ouvert et l'intérieur abimé , une patte de fixation est cassé ! j'ai de suite écris répondu a leur demande de satisfaction en précisant le colis abimé , il ne nous on pas répondu ! comment faire pour le retour où trouvé une solution rapidement et de plus je ne l'ai pas mis sur mon compte pro j'ai déjà eu des problème avec le tour a bois qui avez un gros souci aussi

Grinder quality medium-good, Motor enough powerfull, support verry thin, make vibration during grinding. Need some reinforcement to become good.
