Recensioni dei clienti per VEVOR Macchina per Polverizzazione Cereali Spezie Grano ad Alta Potenza da 600 W, Polverizzatore da 25 Litri con Lame Affilate Zincate, per Cereali Secchi, Spezie, Chicchi di Caffè, Mais e Pepe

worked for few seconds with grinding noise saw few sparks and stopped working. I will not buy again

This unit seems great but does not work good at all. The motor is powerful but the overheating fuse trips after like 30 seconds. Then after the first overheat, it keeps tripping even faster 10-20 seconds. Makes using it a burden.

I will never purchased another Vevor product again. They sent it without an operation manual. When I contacted them for a manual. I got treated like a criminal. I had to prove that I purchased it from them. Then it was transferred to another department who then wanted videos of the product. Then it was transferred to yet another department who advised me they would consider my request. I never heard back even after repeated requests. All this just for an operation manual that they forgot to put in the box. A worthless company with zero support for the customer.

this product never worked and i am still in the process of trying to get a refund. Vevor has not stood by the quality of this item. Vevor keeps send annoying emails, that border on harassment, saying that the matter will be closed in 24 hours if i do not respond even though all correspondance shows the matter is not closed. At this point i would never buy a vevor product again and advise all others against vevor purchases.

I would like to return it if possible.

J’ai retourné le moulin à épices et je n’ai toujours pas reçu en tetour la somme de 61€80 . Merci de faire le nécessaire. Depré Serge

Hace chispas en el contacto y es un peligro, quiero devolverlo

VERY DISPOINTED!!! Is NOT the SIZE as described on Website. I already have a grinder and thought I was getting a larger grinder. However when I received my order, the grinder I received was NOT the size as described as on the VEVOR website.

Used it once had a loud high pitch sound and quit working

I’m very disappointed with this experience. The equipment stopped working within a month of purchase, and I submitted a warranty repair request over a week ago with no response. I also tried reaching out through live chat and received the same lack of follow-up. If you’re manufacturing commercial kitchen equipment, timely support and repair service should be a priority. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.
