Do not buy - POS didn't even last a year- tried getting a warranty - keep getting the run around- Just took a L on this product!!

Hooked up to hvac. Does not disperse well enough to even work through house. Total waste of money .

I have been trying to return it since November and it’s been a big hassle. It is so difficult to contact anybody and everyone’s asking me how it works and I have nothing good to say about it especially the personalized care that I’m not getting.!!

When I bought this the first one they sent didn’t work at all, put out almost no scent. Vevor did send me a new one and that one work great for 2 months. Now that one also doesn’t work, spent 100 dollars and got a diffuser for 2 months and they have no solution. Junk.

Item has good construction however not well engineered. One example of this is that you have to disassemble the unit to add additional oil to the container. The other issue is the size rating the unit states it works for. I have a 3600sq ft home and on the highest setting possible I still am not able to smell the oil. (Using oil meant for cold diffuser). Bummer overall and back to plug-ins.

When puffing the scent, the machine is too loud for a home use - the noise level is too high for example when you're watching a movie or when a child has a nap - sounds like drilling machine. Happy to provide a video recording with the machine when in function - we are currently using it in the underground bathroom just to make use of the money.
