Ice machine has a very loud fan noise. You will not be able to put this anywhere near human occupancy. It is advertised to make 650 pounds a day, it took 16 hours to fill the 250 pound capacity bin with the ice on the thinnest setting. Vevor didn’t offer any solutions. Stay away from this product

Received this 660 Lb/Day unit about a month ago. We have used our 550lb Ice Machine from Vevor ordered this to get more for our business. After letting the unit sit for a couple days as directed, we hooked it up exactly as instructed and how we did with the previous one. The Ice machine has not produced more than a couple hundred pounds of ice and the motor stopped pumping in less than 2 weeks and had to start buying several dozens bags of ice that is costing almost as much as the machine. I have been contacting and replying to customer support for weeks not and still no solution.

Never received my ice machine! This company is a complete joke! Never in my life would I suggest to anyone to use your company. No phone number that I can even talk with. Complete failure on all levels!!!!

lasted 5 months tried to get a answer about warranty but no response worthless crap!

got ice machine and it did not work. wrote vevor and no one ever got back with me. submitted a return within the first week and that's been over a month and i still have not heard from anyone. there is no way to contact them but threw email that they will not answer. i will never buy vevor again.

Will not work, there is oil probably from the compressor on it when it arrived, it blows the breaker it does not make ice. I want to return it. We have been dealing with this since April 20 I cannot buy another icemaker until this one is remedied!!

My product arrived damaged and thrown the mud in my driveway. The packaging was severely damaged and the product is severely damaged. I contacted them immediately via their online chat/email, they do not provide a phone number on their site and will not give you one when you ask. Firstly I had to message them every day, the never offered to replace the item, which is what I requested. Finally they just stopped replying to me and I was unable to reach them all of the sudden, when I’d go my normal route the screen just was blank and had a ticket number. I had to report them to BBB and which they also did not reply to them. Horrible customer service , horrible product, horrible company. Criminal. I would like a full refund, because I did not receive an undamaged product that I paid for.

Never received after a week I try to find out what happened the cancel my order so this is a bad review because there was no explanation for canceling my order !
