Necesito resolver el cambio de la base que llego mala la pata IZQUIERDA DE la base de la maquina, ya envie varios emails y no respondents con alguna solution, page protection de el delivery y aseguranza. Por fabor Necesito que cambien la base

No good customer service received damage package and replacement or refund no buddy contact file a clam week a go.

Terrible customer service! I received a defective unit which was returned to Vevor. Upon their receipt of the defective item my " ticket" was closed and marked resolved. I have asked repeatedly about my replacement or refund. Still no response weeks later.

This machine has not worked since we received it. We have spent 3 months trying to get it resolved only to get the run around. We attempted every repair they sent us and still nothing. Forget trying to speak with someone, no phone number, no response. Customer service is lacking at best.

Vevor instructed to me to purchase a seperate storage bin when I purchased my LRM360 ice machine. They assured me three times that it would be compatable with my ice machine head. Alas, it was not compatible and they refused to give a full refund on it or provide a solution. Buyer beware that Vevor support is extremely unreliable and they send a slew of AI responses without seemingly even reading what you are saying. Additionally after confirming multiple times that the storage bin would fit perfectly with the ice machine head, they then finally told me they do not sell compatible bins for this machine. I'm still annoyed at the $200 I completely lost to this company for a bin that doesn't fit

Vevor would be fine and I've purchase multiple ice machine and other equipment and when something breaks i can't get parts and speak to someone about the issue so I don't recommend very frustrating.

If I could write a review with zero stars I would. I never received the product, had to file a charge back, and over a month later am still asking for my refund. I got the same run around answer, they assure me it’s being processed, yet I have not received the amount in full. Do NOT use this company.

Two screws missing and production rate is a quarter of what it states on the description.
