This machine arrived partially functioning. One unit leaked upon first use. When I attempted to return they advised that both units have to run at the same time ( not in the manual and should not be necessary because it has two control panels one for each container) and they wanted me to work on a brand new machine by replacing parts. I cannot say this is a bad product because I only used it twice, now its a 500.00 paperweight. What I can say is that you will not receive proper customer service if something is wrong with the products that you buy from this company.

Vevor. I am so very disappointed. I really expected better from a very reputable company. This is the 2nd slushy machine I’ve purchased from your brand. The 1st I $900 plus it worked perfectly for 2 years then both leverage handles split a month after the other! But at least I was able to use for 2 years. This new one I haven’t even used yet and it’s leaking. I put water in to clean it for usuage to learn it. One of the leverage handles where the liquid comes out is leaking right away. This is very very displeasing! VERY!

As a first time user, I just wish there would have been a recipe book included...I'm not sure of how much of this or that I need to add to make however many drinks...

This unit is fast to freeze and relatively quiet, but does a poor job at maintaining the proper temperature to keep slush mobile. It is either too runny or freezes it off and plugs up, preventing it from dispensing.

Muy malo salio dañada y hace un mes que la compre y no me la han cambiado y e pedido ls devolución y nada no los recomiendo No Dan solución pronto cuando un producto sale dañado no los recomiendo para nada no cumplen

Pedi la granizadora de 4 litros y me an mandado la de 3 litros era algo para un tema de trabajo y era urgente por un error de ellos he perdido trabajo , despues de mas de 24 h no me an dado aun ninguna solucion simplemente me an pedido fotos y nada mas ! No dan resultados al instante me dicen que siga esperando 48h un tiempo que no puedo permitirme el error es de ellos y deberian de dar una solucion inmediata un reemplazo o un reembolso del producto lo cual solo estan dando largas y haciendome perder un tiempo que no dispongo de el por temas laborales

Compré la granizadora hace un mes. He probado con la mezcla fría, he cambiado la marca de la mezcla y todo el rato sale ICE y no se llega a granizar. Necesito una solución. Gracias

Very deceptive and deceitful not too happy with the Customer Service was listed as 135 ounces but sticker on the top of the canister says 100 ounces max for slushy’s

I purchest this slushy machine to replace my large machine that was to big for our needs. Strait out of the box the machine didnt work properly. No mater what seting we put it in the machine wojld go in to (ice) mode safty which shuts down the compresser so you dont damage it. The machine thinks it has frozen up. Witch is hard to dk when the slushy mix is still watery. It just keeps going in to ice mode. I tryed puting it in custem temp mode at +4c and it whent to -2 then ice. No mater whatbit dosent work. Wish j keeped my old one. This is a very nice slushy machine im shere a working one works great. This isnt my first perches from vevor. I love there stuff free shiping andbprices there great. I have made maney perches over the year from 3 soft serve ice cream machines cook tops sandwege prep frige comershal propain deep fryer and lots more they have very good products. I recoment to every one. This is the first problemni have had i contacted them and notjing back after 2 days. Them when to live chat and keep saying we have sent yohr ticket to our team and market it as priority. That was 5 days ago still nothing. Have email each day still geting the run around. J hope theh do the wright thing and stand behind there 30 hassel free returns.
