It doesn’t freeze correctly, at the beginning it creates the slush but with an hour it doesn’t maintain the temperature making the slush loose consistency and watery,

purchaced 6 months ago and the slush and mix buttons don't work anymore and the condensation doesn't go into the trays properly and comes out the bottom of the machine onto the floor. every day is a mess to clean.

This product works ok. I’ve had an issue with grease leaking out the cylinder seal since I got it, and it isn’t made as well as I need in a high traffic environment, but for low volume situations, probably would be fine. I’m replacing with a different style slushie machine that has less plastic parts, as the ones this was made with are fairly easy to break. I wish I had bought the protection package for this item

They send me the different one my the thing I received don't have wheels but is okay anyway I'm can use it too

So it’s a great machine, wish I had of found this way sooner…..but sometimes the slushie goes a bit too runny and if you turn temp down to compensate its then too firm to come out the hole. Also the lights on the lids are a bit dodgey they worked ok for a few days then started flickering badly and if you swap the lids they worked ok for a short time then started to flicker again. Made sure connections were clean on machine and lids but yeah still didn’t stay on properly. Other than that peopme have bloody loves the slushies

We fight with this thing all day to keep the slush right! We hate this machine so much! The middle compartment is on its second leak so we gave up on it! Now we only use the outside 2! I'm sure they will crap out soon too! I opened a drink shop with slushies and now we are having to save to purchase a new machine!

Machine worked for 5 mos. Had some leaking problems, but mild. Machine is unusable this year and customer support at vevor is TERRIBLE! Sent videos, order number, tried a new seal that came with the machine. No change. Don’t buy this machine and don’t buy from Vevor if you ever want customer support.

BUYER BEWARE So first of all I want to say Vevor's customer service is on point. Weekends, holidays, really anytime someone from the chat is ready to talk to me within minutes of my first message. It is a 3rd part service however they are knowledgeable about the topics I ask. Anything they don't know they refer me to a technician that gets back to me within 24-48 hours. As far as the machine goes I purchased it 5/12/25 and received it a couple weeks later. The machine worked fine until January 10th 2026 where one of the sides was making a hellacious squeaking noise that we had to turn that side off. Tech support - to their credit gave me several parts for free including free shipping and a very detailed video on how to install the parts. However over about a 3 month period of back and forth and several replacement parts it still makes the squeaking noise. In March the middle on started the squeaking noise and now in April the last one is making the squeaking noise. I could probably still talk to tech support about this noise but at this point my customers are disappointed that they can't get their slushies so it's time to just throw this junk machine away and find someone else to buy it from.

Compramos esta máquina y desde El primer momento hacía mucho ruido los ejes las luces parpadeaba llevamos hasta el día de hoy ya va a ser casi un año que la hemos adquirido ni nadie nos da respuesta solamente nos envían correos que se mandemos foto y no hay respuesta nos hacen a nosotros mismos, desmontar la máquina y ponerle aceite la empresa súper poco profesionales

Website says, your product arrives in 2 days when you're making order. but it took 5 days. It's so inconvenient
