pas contente du tout impossible de vous joindre, la machine fuit de partout, vraiment déçu du coup je ne l’utilise pas vu que je n'ai même pas,la notice en français je ne recommande pas du tout

The machine worked for about two hours after I plugged it in then it stopped making ice cubes and started making slush. I purchased this August 28. I asked for a refund that same day it’s now September 25 and after 36 emails back-and-forth with this company. I still haven’t gotten a return slip nor my money back.

Bought this for my daughter and son in law for Christmas. Didn't last 6 months. Horrible quality...stay away from it!

Do not buy if you want to use it at home. Water stands in the back and grows algae quick. It works well but would be best for part time use where its empty most of the time

The unit arrived and installed with ease. I hooked up the water supply line and watched as the reservoir started filling up. After a few minutes I realized the unit was leaking horribly all over my cabinet and onto my kitchen floor. Upon inspection, I found the drain plug in the front bottom was not installed, but was out of it's hole. After inserting the drain plug in the hole, the unit stopped leaking. Overall, since this initial mess, the unit has been operating OK. Noise level is adequate when operational. The internal light is nice. My only issue is the lit' drawer that opens with the ice is quite small. Every unit I've had before was significantly bigger and I immediately ordered a different unit with a much larger ice storage drawer. If you want a nugget ice maker that make enough ice for one drink, this is probably a good unit for you.

We Love the ice maker, we do wish it was a bit bigger though. We did buy a 3 year protection plan and we are about to have to put it to good use. This morning it started making a really loud screeching noise. I unplugged it the plugged it back in and it stopped making the noise. I had to leave for the day and I'm heading home to see if it has acted up. My score will be 4.5 stars if all is well.

Advertised as self cleaning but reading care manual requires a monthly cleaning
