We connected correctly. We turned on Easy and added 5 gallons of water to the container. It took hours to fill the first bag. The next day, we filled another bag with ice and checked on it every hour, but progress was slow. Something it's wrong here

Bought this for our many outings that we need ice and it quit pumping water within a day! I was very excited at first when it started producing ice to then be brought back down to earth! Maybe my worst purchase ever!

I bought this machine when delivered it was not what the picture looks like it is to small and I cannot use for my business I couldn’t find a phone number to call them so I sent a chat to do a return. They said they have hassle free return but I’m getting no where with them . Please do not buy from Vevor or any of their products it’s customer no service you will loose your money. They responded with the same email over and over again they , they sent a link when you cannot open because they want you to give up. I’m a 2 people operation business trying to make it . I don’t have the extra cash for another machine. God don’t sleep .this is supposed to be a big company stealing from us. Please buy from company that have phones no who will not give you the run around to do a return after you spend your hard earn money with them.

This unit sucks because of the price it will not keep ice cold

We could not get the pump to work and attempts to contact service assistance I was met with comments that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. I couldn’t speak to someone at the time that I was with the machine Very disappointed in the machine and the assistance. Wasted $500
