Bin door could be better quality, flimsy and needs to be insulated. Better seal on the bin door also. Instruction manual does not have enough information, could be better written and instruction on how to set the time and other uses.

Decent machine for good price. Instructions on the operation and settings could be better and how to change the temperature display from Celsius to Fahrenheit would be good. Makes ice quickly.

It makes ice really good but it does not stop making ice and will overflow out the door so we have to turn it off daily so this does not happen. Tried to get some technical support but Vevor does not have a tech support department so I can't get it figured out

It never came they lost it in transit I asked for a replacement and they insisted I get a refund . the whole process took over a month

Us*** Low rate
This machine is for super light use
When you got problems and you call tech support
They don’t answer right away
They send you an email in the next 24to 48 hrs
I told my friend to turn off machine until they answer back later mainly no ice during all that time
In my job hvac I got tech support almost instantly because we are in the field getting machines fixt
Not sure why Vevor don’t offer instant tech support like major brand ice machine companies
Also metal getting lots of rust only in few months
