This ice machine is so small and doesn’t make the amount of ice that is listed in the description. Says it makes 30lbs and it makes a little over 10lbs per time… Very disappointed with this purchase

Machine comes well packaged, and is pretty easy to get set up. However, once we got the Machine running, we quickly realized that it doesn't produce or hold what is advertised. We purchased the 200lb per 24 hour Machine with 50lb storage bin. The bin will only hold 20 to 25 lbs depending on when the lever shuts off. It also produces approximately 100lbs of ice in 24 hours. We were also very disappointed to find that the ice machine that we purchased on sale, went on sale again within a week of getting ours. It was over $100 less. Out of all of the money that we have spent on vevor products, This was the most disappointing!

Tried to get someone to help me with a problem with the ice maker and no one has got back to me.

I purchased this machine to provide good quality ice. It does not! The ice begins melting almost immediately. It comes out in a large block-not individual cubes. The ice full shutoff happens after only a few ice cycles, so you don't have the ice bucket full ever unless you constantly move the blocks out of the way. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have tried to return this product for 2 weeks. I cannot reach anyone by phone and the Chat representatives only offer discounts or replacements. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card to stop payment.

Unable to leave messages due to system error, typing phone and won’t allowed

This arrived damaged in several areas. Also did not work, gave error code upon plugging it in. This is stated to hold 200 lbs of ice but the tank looks way to small to be even close to that. Customer service took weeks to supply a return label and refund. I had to send them pictures multiple times.

Pictures of issues and a week of messages with extended warranty and all we get is more stupid questions. Only communicate at night after we're asleep so NO LIVE COMMUNICATION. I have bought Vevor products and were happy but this has ruined their reputation with me. I need the machine now and all I have is a blinking red light and useless customer service.

Bonjour, Je déconseille, elle m’a lâché aujourd’hui la pompe intérieur ne fonctionne plus . J ai acheté pleins d équipements pour un nouveau resto et je vous déconseille ce site . Le sav est médiocre aucune réponse ou alors pas de suivi je ne sais pas où en sont mes demandes . Crêpière ne chauffe pas sur l ensemble de la plaque donc la crêpe ne cuit pas uniformément Les manche de la gaufriere n était pas dans le carton et maintenant la machine a glaçon qui rend l âme en pleine canicule . Et aucun appel du sav que des mails où ont me dis sans réponse de votre part on ferme le dossier ! Mais c est a vous de me répondre pas a moi !! Vraiment le choix de vevor me coûte finalement de l’argenté au lieu d en gagner . Je regrette .

This item arrived broken- we received it and installed it in our garage. Everything seemed to be working. We left it overnight and when we checked on it the next morning, it was warm inside and water was just flowing. We reached out to Vevor’s customer service and they suggested I call a local technician and pay for them to repair it. Now keep in mind this item is supposed to come with a 1-year warranty and I paid for an extended 3- year warranty and it arrived broken. When I explained this to Vevor. They offered me a $173 credit for an ice machine that I paid $350 for, that arrived broken and was under warranty. WTF?!! I’m told them no, that needed to send me a replacement and I would return this broken on. They told me that I would have to return this broken one first, then they would send me a replacement. Fine, okay I will do that, but I no longer have the original box, as we took it to the recycling center when we installed it not thinking that we would have an issue. So now I have to locate another box. To say I am disappointed in the customer service is an understatement. Vevor should stand behind their product and warranty and not offer such ridiculous solutions to a customer when their item arrived broken and not working. At this point I might just tell them to refund me whole order, Or I will just dispute the charge on my card. This has completely changed the way I view Vevor and if I want to buy from them in the future.

Completely dissatisfied with this ice maker. Did not freeze the water from the first time I plugged it in. I have been going back and forth with customer service and the way it stands now is I have to take it somewhere and have it fixed. Who the hell is even going to look at this ? I have no idea where to take it. It would be cheaper for them to send me another one and return this one in the new box. Buyer beware !!!
