Makes ice really fast, the supply line connection didn't really work with any application I had, It melts ice quickly also, did not realize it had a drain tube, I just run it in a bucket and it melts about 5 gallons in 3 days and I have the ice machine in my cold basement.

This thing cranks out ice. However….. the box isn’t super well insulated so I get a lot of melt. I also had to create a catch pan and pump out system because this one uses forced water. The box fills halfway and then the next ice push sits on the level detector and it won’t make anymore until it melts down. I’ve been keeping and eye on it and bust the chunks and keep it flowing and then bag it out, you just have to watch it. Overall, super happy with it, I have 300lbs of ice in my freezer for when I need it now.

Works good But for a 360 $ item I shouldn't have to go buy 30$ kit for longer hose and connector just to use it

It makes hard ice. I had a little trouble with it at first because I have too much water pressure in my shop. Turned the supply valve down and problem solved. We have the unit turned to about 90% from max being we primarily fill water coolers with it. If you're looking for household ice you might turn down the hard freeze setting to make better cubes as the way we have it set it's more like cubed sheets. Very happy for the price point, I couldn't even have a repair guy look at my old unit for less than $150.

Great product only problem was with FedEx not knowing where my house was.

The machine performs good. Makes good quality ice. I’m not confident it’s making 130lbs per day but that ok. What I can absolutely and confidently state, the bin capacity is no where near what is stated. The machine shuts off after about 12-15 lbs. it might store 20 lbs if you move the motor CE around a lot. But the only way you’re getting 30-35 lbs as stated in the ad is if you buy 35 lbs of ice, tip it on its back and stuff it in there. The ice maker portion sits down low inside the storage bin unlike most commercial machines so when it less than half full there’s no where for the mice to go and it shuts off.

Makes Ice very fast - only thing that I see, that Ice Maker needs is some more insulation. Drains about 5 gallons of melted ice every 3 days. Thinking about looking to see if spray foam can be used. Other than that its a great machine, just have figure out what size of ice you want and adjust.

In reality, it only stores about 10 lbs. of ice and makes maybe 30 lbs. a day, 40 lbs. on a good day. Overall, you get some wet ice, but if you harvest it and freeze it into a real freezer soon after it's made, it works out okay.

Nice size, VERY efficient, and reasonably fast at creating ice - perfect for what I need. If it ever breaks, I will buy this one again. I have three problems, though. (1) The Instructions are written in broken English that doesn't make sense. (2) The ice cubes are square, but the scoop is round and too narrow. It should have come with a flat bottom scoop so you can get the ice out. I am resorting to using my [clean] hands to scoop the ice out. (3) The ice comes out as ONE sheet of cubes and does not break apart when it lands in the holding tray. I have to pull it out (by hand - scoop is useless), put it in a ziplock bag, and use the backside of the scoop (ok not entirely useless) to smash the sheet to break it into individual cubes. The alternative is to smash the sheet INSIDE the plastic holding tank - I doubt that is good for the longevity of that tank. The instructions talk about length of time and cube size, but they are unintelligible. So it doesn't make sense how to fix the sheet issue. The water supply line is great, as is the flexible water drain tube - Great design. Buy this machine - you'll love it if you can figure out the ice cube sheet issue.
