disappointed in the equipment I purchased because not only was it missing pieces when it arrived but the decals and stickers were applied poorly making it look cheap and tacky in our business. The shipping info was also poorly communicated . I received the email that it would be shipped AFTER it already arrived!! Not very helpful. This was my first purchase from this company and so far not impressed.

He comprado dos máquinas Vevor y hace mucho ruído y pasado 4 meses de uso una de ellas no enfría mi producto y no tengo asistencia técnica en España que me ayuda a solventar el problema. Horrible experiencia para una máquina tan nueva. Han venido dos técnicos, y nada. No es gas, es algún sensor eléctrico y ninguno de los técnicos saben como solventarlo.

Ich habe die Maschine im April 2025 gekauft. Im August hat sie nicht mehr funktioniert. Der Kundenservice hat mir nicht geholfen. Es wurden nur Tipps gegeben und mein Problem wurde nicht ernstgenommen. Wir haben alles versucht und alle Tipps angenommen und ausprobiert. Ich möchte die Maschine zurück geben (auch noch in der Garantiezeit) doch der Kundenservice gibt mir dazu keine Rückmeldung. Schlechter Kundenservice, schade da ich hier schon mehrere Maschinen bestellt habe. Hier wird man nicht ernst genommen

Unfortunatelly, the ice cream machine is too noise, does not work for my shop. Need to return it.

The machine is not working properly, it leaks oil on the gearbox. The temperature drops quickly and it is noisy. The main seals expand quickly and leak. I bought three machines, this model is not good. I recommend the Vevor team to offer us a machine with better quality. may

DELIVERY CAME VERY WELL PACKED, HOWEVER NOT REALLY SATISFIED WITH IT COMPRESSOR MAKES HELL OF NOISE IN FROSTING MODE, IT COMES BACK ON EVERY 5 MINS IN ORDER TO KEEP CONE FREEZED. DESCRIPTION SAYS LOW NOISE AND FAST OPERATION NOT CORRECT, I BOUGHT IT FOR OUR CORNER SHOP BUT DUE TO IT'S NOISE NOT REALLY SUITABLE , ONLY USED FOR 1 WEEK SINCE THEN SAT THERE TAKING UP SPACE.

Pretty upset at the fact that I bought this weeks ago and I haven’t even used it because there is little plastic pieces all on the inside of this machine. I have trying to reach out and they keep telling me it’s a water leakage and I need a new water hose for the BOTTOM of the machine…. They are being no help at all and it takes days to get into contact with anyone. 10000% don’t recommend this company.

Purchased this machine April 12,2023. It seemed to work well, but June of 2025 it started making a lot of noise. Our machine ran through the summer months, shut down for the winter months. Had the machine looked at and below are the pictures of what they found. No wonder machine doesn't work. Not sure why this happened or what went wrong.
