Holy crap! I’ve owned restaurants for 41 years. I have owned unknown number of Taylor ice cream machines. I am now 66 years old, sold my restaurants, and finally retired! Yay! I decided to build a commercial kitchen on my patio. This ice cream machine was the last piece in my procedure. I cannot believe how freaking good this machine is. I did not tell my wife or kids before I bought it because I think they would have yelled at me. Well, when it came, they did yell at me! Then after I made the first batch of ice cream, they were all singing my praise. Granted this is new and the hoppers are a little bit smaller than what I’m used to, but that’s OK it’s for family. Nobody can believe how great the consistency is on this ice cream. It has some kind of puffer thing and a mixing blade disc inside both hoppers to keep the mix airy. Never saw that in a Taylor. You can adjust the thickness/consistency. The only downsize was my being impatient. It took about 3 1/2 weeks to come from China. It was packaged extremely well. I paid the extra $45 for the shipping company to bring it with a drop down shelf on the back of their truck. They brought it up to the house and I asked them if they could take it into the backyard? They said no, they’re not allowed to. So I said what if I paid each of you $20 each for lunch and they said where exactly do you want it!!!! Overall my experiences has always been great. Whilel I was being impatient, I would text them about when this will come in. They always responded in a very timely manner. If you are a small operation, one unit would be great. If you are a medium size you might want to get two or three at this price. One machine from Taylor is about $26,000. I bought the machine which was 110 V machine. I tried to send three pictures, but it said something about PDF files and all that crap and I don’t know any of that stuff!! I know food! Thank you for reading this and have a very blessed day!

Only complaint is there isn't enough room under the dispenser. Could use an inch more space but it works great and very energy efficient. Kept up with big groups of 10+ people at once. Seems well built as long as maintenance is kept up

Quick delivery, perfect ice cream❤️

Bien reçu très belle machine fonctionne très bien juste la qualité des soudure et le ponçage un peut visible

Super merge bine mersi

Del momento lleva un mes funcionando todo perfecto 💯 sencilla y rendimiento bueno

This was delivered today and I am not impressed with the condition I received it in. There are numerous dents all over the machine and the display screens look as though they may be damaged.
