For the priceless machine is excellent. I meet ice cream with my granddaughter. You combine more expensive machine that you don't have to leave the bowl in the freezer, but it really doesn't hurt.Just to put the bowl in the freezer, it turns out great!

My Go-To Vanilla Ice Cream Since the manual is a bit lacking, here is the recipe I’ve had great success with: Ingredients: - 180g Whole Milk (about 3/4 cup) - 400g Heavy Whipping Cream (about 1 2/3 cups) - 90g Sugar (about 1/2 cup) - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract - 1 pinch Salt Method: Whisk until the sugar is dissolved, add whipping cream last, set timer to 25 minutes FIRST, then turn on mixer to speed 1, THEN pour into the pre-frozen 1.8 Qt bowl. You want the mixer going before you add it to the frozen bowl so it doesn't freeze on contact. What’s to say it makes icecream and does it well. Not one issue and many batches. It takes a couple batches to fine tune the recipe but that’s not an issue with the machine, it’s our personal taste. This is a wise investment.

I haven't had it but about 2 weeks but it's excellent it makes my ice cream in about 23 to 24 minutes I use about 16 oz of raw cow cream with about six raw egg yolks put it in the ice cream maker and about 23 minutes later it's ready it's awesome healthy too
