So far, we’ve been really happy with everything over the past years the quality has increased and this particular hot chocolate melting machine works really well. There’s not much to say about it..
One you add water there is a waterline mark. Don’t add it over max. turn it on to the temperature you want put the chocolate or soup or whatever you want in it to keep it warm or melt melting your different chocolates. It’s really easy and simple to clean works really well. There is nothing wrong with this machine it’s a great machine and we would recommend it to others works really well.

für den Preis ordentliches Gerät Leichte Korrekturen der Schraub-füße (verzogen, wackelt), dann kann es aber los gehen.
Temperaturgenauigkeit auch erst mal ausprobieren.

habe mir im Fachhandel einen H-Rahmen (1/3) besorgt um die zwei 1/6 Behälter stabiler im Wasserbad zu halten.

This actually a really good warmer. Auto-trip if there is no water, works really well. Simple. Use it everyday for a year and half with no issues. Highly recommend if you need a sauce warmer. We use it for chocolate.

I’ve been making cake pops for a few years now and finally decided to get myself some kind of chocolate melter. Upon opening this I was completely in shock at the price! Out of the box and even more so after using it a few times I can’t believe this wasn’t a $250 plus machine. It heats up quickly, it’s easy to clean, I’d say the only thing is it’s quite large so make sure you have somewhere to store it. This thing has leveled up my cake pop business! I am able to work a lot faster now that I have a machine that can melt chocolate, control temperature… It’s been a game changer! Very impressed!
