The unit itself is very good. However the instructions are a dead loss. Don't believe you can put it together and start carving , because it's not going to happen. I didn't find the Candle software any use in comparison to other free brands such as Easel, who fall over backwards trying to help. They also have loads of information on Google. One other issue which has not been resolved is missing parts in the box. I still have not heard from Vevor regarding this matter

Very nice machine. Instructions are sadly lacking and some of it is poor English, probably due to translation. Attempts to find better information online and Youtube were not enough.

The machine seems very nice and well put together. But figuring out the software is a whole nother animal

Prachtig uitgevoerde machine, missen helaas de accessories, geen laser erbij, staat ook niet op de website waar erbij te bestellen.

When I received the machine, 60 days ago, I had no idea how to operate it. I couldn't get it to cut anything. So I ask questions and they gave me answers. But I was still confused. I didn't know what a G-code was. I searched for information and found two FREE programs that convert BMP, dxf and some other configurations to a usable G-code for this machine. At first I was disappointed that I couldn't cut anything bigger than 1 1/2 inch square. Bit these programs can resize my clips to 15 inch square. The machine works like it was advertised to work. To make 3D cuts I have to purchase that software. I recommend this machine but I also recommend getting the free software if you're a beginner.

Assemblage pas très explicite et décalage au niveau des fixations du rail du routeur, qui demande à être alésé précisément pour finaliser le montage. Pour ceux qui ne disposent pas des outils adéquats, cela risque d’être compliqué.

Very poor, definitely not worth the money. Hoping to send back to get a refund. Used various woods and cnc bits to try different things and doesn't do what is on the screen.

I think is a good machine for the price

When I purchased this 3 weeks ago, it worked great. Paid for itself in 2 weeks. Then it decided it wouldn’t connect to my computer anymore. I’ve done everything I can to troubleshoot it with no luck. Unfortunately, customer service is lacking. This is an urgent issue as I have orders stacking up and need to get it resolved. They claim they will have a specialist contact me within 24 hours. The only contact they have made was requesting information about the purchase and nothing else. There’s no phone number that I can find to call. I desperately need to get back to work and I’m twiddling my thumbs. The machine should be under warranty but here I am waiting for answers.
