The machine came with almost everything you need, I had to spend five bucks at the local hardware store to get the water supply to it. I really like the user interface, and the design of the machine. Machine looks like all the things that could fail are probably pretty easy to replace if the parts are available. The main downside is that it can only store about 10 lb of ice before it stops. Making more. If you're watching it all the time, you could probably double that shuffling the ice around to fool the sensor that tells the machine that the bin is full. In a space kept at 75° f. It can produce about 3 lb an hour. You can't beat the price, and I expected the specifications to be a little inflated, so overall I'm pretty happy with it. I'm feeding it water through the Coca-Cola filter system, so hopefully it'll have some longevity, but it's too early to tell.

Works ok ice comes off on a block have to break up the ice. Tend adjusting time didn't help. When bin full keeps making ice only stops is the block of cubes sit on the flap. Don't think I would buy this again.

The ice machine itself works great and the price is really good! My only complaint is t is that it has zero cooling and the ice melts at a good rate. Which isn’t a huge deal per it makes pretty fast but the drain bucket has to be emptied all the time.

The machine arrived damaged. I sent photos and received an email saying I would hear back within 48 hours, but I haven’t received any follow-up. Other than that, it works well.

The directions are not clear at all. Some direction on install are left out. Customer service is the worst. No customer service number; only a chat box. They only email you back after days with only cut and paste instructions of the manual.

The machine makes ice as it's intended, but the door is too small to get the ice out easily. Is doesn't make 160lbs a day when it's warm/hot outside, as stated in the description upto 100°F

It puts out a lot of heat. Ice melts really fast in the bin. Which may have something to do with the heat out put. Its hard to set up a proper drain line unless you want to commit to a floor drain.

Loved this for 2 months then it would just stop making ice. Connected to dedicated water line. Okay, so things fail. But customer service is another issue. Have to initiate service through chat and wait 1-2 business days for reply then you reply and it's another 1-2 business days for a reply. THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We received this icemaker on Tuesday, September 15 and let it sit for 24 hours and then plugged it in Wednesday evening, September 16. Every time it pulls water in for ice water pours out of the bottom. I contacted customer service and created a ticket and was told would get response within 2 business days. I didn’t like that because we really need the icemaker. I am requesting a refund as soon as I complete this review. I don’t have time to deal with these issues.
