I purchased 3 units, all one at a time, all were used and refurbished. Customer service states it was damaged in shipping but you can see it is dirty and broken. All 3 of them.

DO NOT BUY. Unit came leaking from 2 of the 3 rear seals. We spent months sending pics trying to get new seals from Vevor. 2 people said they did not make parts then we were told they were sending 2. Waited months, now orut of warranty on a machine we never got to use. Wasted 1200$. Then today they send me a link for a parts kit that has 2 seals for $100, we need 2 kits to try to get this machine working.

Faulty machine they send and now they dont want me full replacement or full refund, need right solution so i will talk to legal adviser.

Worse thing to use not user Friendly And no good Custmer service

És la segunda vez que ponemos en contacto ,para pedir piezas de maquina mofelo X -150, no hemos recibido nada, las garantías de esta empresa son nefastas , servio atención al cliente pésima. Las máquinas tiene malas calidades y la empresa vevor no responden. És una desonrra para tener que estar suplicando un calidades que no son concedida. Voy a luchar para que conozcan nuestros malos servicios y y exponerlos en todas plataformas d ventas y redes sociales.

The machine came in a damaged box, upside down. Therefore the compressor was handled incorrectly and we now have no idea how long it will last. I broached that subject and never got an answer. The customer servise emails are horrible. If you don't answer right away (we do have other things going on) "the case will be closed" even though they never answered the question about the compressor. The lights don't work right they keep flashing. They asked to send video, I'm not here when they are running it and it took me a few days to get the video. I finally sent it and they asked for another video, which again It takes a minute to get it. I received 7 or 8 of the this case will be closed with no helpful solutions. It has been totally frustrating. I was never called by a human being. I do not like the way issues are handled with this company

can't review anything because I never received it ....not happy with how long it took to get a straight answer as to why I hadn't received the frozen drink maker, it took some time but I got a refund but that is not what I wanted I wanted the product I had ordered and now I don't know if I can trust you again and order another one or not ....I have ordered some other things with you and they got here on time and work well but I really wanted the frozen drink maker

Not for the product per se, the customer service is horrible!
