This product was purchased approximately 1 year ago. It stopped working, leaking oil and making loud grinding noises several weeks ago while it was still under warrantee. I have been trying to resolve the issue with Vevor, but they closed the ticket after saying I was unresponsive to a troubleshooting video they supposedly sent. I later found the video in spam but in a format that required me to purchase and download software to see it. I am very disappointed. It does not seem it should be my responsibility to troubleshoot the unit after sending them detailed information about the problem.

Not a solid machine the lights stop working after 2 days

Cannot get the machine to freeze past 12 degree. Has never worked since I received it. Sent for help multiple times. No phone - continual back and forth via email every 48-72 hours. Waste of my time and money.

Would NOT Recommend Very disappointed with this VEVOR slushy machine. The biggest problem is the temperature control keeps resetting itself back to -1.5°C, even after I set it colder. Because of this, the slush gets runny and the machine doesn’t perform the way it should. I looked into the issue and found other owners on Reddit reporting similar temperature-reset problems, so I don’t appear to be the only one. The worst part is VEVOR’s customer service. For a machine that costs thousands of dollars, there should be real phone support. Instead, you’re stuck dealing with email and chat, and getting proper help has been extremely frustrating. I would not buy another VEVOR machine. If you’re considering one for a business, do your research first. I wish I had.

Boats are very slow. Can barely get up on the plane with full charged batteries.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto e non è mai arrivato. Mi hanno fatto il rimborso, su quello sono stati bravi. Ma a noi serviva questo macchinario per lavorare e non ci è mai arrivato

Easy to use and was great for just under a year in our concession stand. Broke this weekend. The concession stand is closed and heated during the winter so really only used it for under 6 months. Disappointing but for the price I guess that's what we get.

La compramos dejo de funcionar y estoy teniendo muchos problemas con ella ya hasta compré un nuevo compresor que no son nada baratos y la máquina funciona un tiempo y después ya no, el servicio al cliente pésimo, te ponen mucha trabas para solucionarlo, la verdad que no recomiendo y jamás volvería a comprar nada aquí
