No help from support Horrible customer service.
I am rating this very low, mine has been broken down for over a month and I still can't get customer support to send me the tank and mixer that goes inside. The machine froze up and cracked both. I have made several attempts pleading for someone to call me or a number i can call. I get the same run around. I finally received a motor that i did not need. This is the poorest company I have ever dealt with. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..

Nicholas Works well till it doesn't.
I purchased the slushy machine and it worked well for a month and a half .
It stopped working, and I contacted customer support. They've had me install a new board, check fans, and now are now talking about refueling the refrigerant.
Highly suggest you avoid this product unless youre competent in refrigeration.
Support will slowly having you rebuild this whole machine.

Bonjour,
J’ai reçu un produit avec deux bacs au lieu de trois jusqu’à grosse manifestation de le changer, le produit de me renvoyer le bon proposer un remboursement de 50 € alors que la différence entre les deux produits et de presque 500 € Après plusieurs échanges, on m’a proposé un remboursement de 600 € que j’attends toujours soit la différence entre deux produits.
Cette erreur m’a causé, préjudice financier, mon négligeable.

Das Gerät wurde innerhalb einer Woche geliefert.
Dann begann der "Stress".
Gerät aufgebaut, getestet, funktionierte nicht.
Abgebaut, eingepackt.
Support angeschrieben.
Support verlangt ein Video, wieder aufgebaut gefilmt, nachgereicht, abgebaut, eingepackt.
Reaktion des Support immer Nachts.
Immer vertröstende Mails.
Nach Fristsetzung immer noch eine Antwort vom Bot.
Paypal eingeschaltet.
Irgendwann eine Reaktion das sie mir die Hälfte des Preises erstatten würden. Dies habe ich abgelehnt, ich wollte nicht nachverhandeln, ich wollte die Ware zurück geben und das Geld zurück weil ich bezweifelte das bei einer erneuten Lieferung es anders sein würde.
Dieses Angebot dann an pay pal geschickt und irgendwann kam die Bestätigung das ich das Geld zurück bekomme.
Auf Nachfrage ob sie das Gerät jetzt endlich bei mir abholen kam die Antwort ich solle es bitte entsorgen.
Es war der erste und letzte Versuch bei diesem Shop.
