This thing works great, especially for the price! We had it running all day in pretty high heat and went through almost 20 gallons of mix with absolutely no problems at all. The products that come out of this machine have a great texture and it’s very easy to use. It also freezes very quickly, product from around 80°F was frozen in less than 20 minutes.

This machine kept overheating on the motor on one side. Getting help or speaking with a live rep was impossible as they only troubleshoot via email. We are a fast paced bar so if you're purchasing for high volume I do not recommend. Unless we got a machine with defects.

This machine is very heavy and since I bought this machine keeps making noise the price is very high I thought because of price it would be very good for business but not good at all and leaking I don’t from where not good

I bought 2 of these machines. Both showed signs of exterior surface rust within the first month. One machine partially works and will intermittently freeze the slushy. The other fully gave up after merely 6-Weeks and my local slushy machine repair guy wanted over $800 to fix simply due to so many parts and components that would have needed to be replaced. I wound up simply buying a used Bunn Slushy machine to replace it. A complete waste of money on these machines. The support from Vevor was terrible and virtually no support at all.

This margarita machine don’t work well not frozen enough. I bought one before small version and still work perfect. This one is bigger but don’t work well. Hopefully they make it right.

I have had these machines for 2 years now and I thought it was just trial and error but this machine has been a nightmare! It holds a lot of product &when it decides to work it can be good but It either over freezes your product or it’s cutting off from pulling to much power! Even though my generators are large running both sides the machines will cut off! Meanwhile I bought two machines! It’s a complete waste of money! Low speed alerts &the constant beeping from any other errors. If I could give advice to anyone do not buy these machines! Even if it’s in your house it will flicker your lights! I am seeking a refund even though I have had them for some years! I am so upset because it’s bothering my business and I have to invest in new machines! So disappointing! Just a waste 3000 Dollars down the drain! Do not buy

I purchased this machine on February 19th and have not received it and it's now March 6th. The machine shipped out of Fontana on February 20th and has been stuck in Sacramento since February 22. It's time to deliver the machine or give me a full refund.

First 2 weeks of use machine stoped working . Screen is showing motor overload. At the time of purchase I added 3 years warranty which should by covered by Xcotton company. Machine still in the one year manufacture warranty. I made several attempts contacting seller and X cotton company for replacement or return. Neither company has a telephone number nor a live representative to communicate with . I got stuck with dead machine and also lost my 3 years warranty coverage money since Xcotton is also a scam company. Never use Vevor products, they attract you with lower price but if you have any issues you got no customer service whatsoever.

Whatever you do, do NOT buy these machines. We bought 3 and every single one of them broke down within a week. Don't waste your time, money or energy with these machines!
