I want to love this product but it stopped working within 2 months.

Ce ne marche pas. Ils n’ont pas resolue la probleme. L’apres service tres pauvre. Ils me fait un offert de 50% pour un remboursement pour un machine que ce n’est pas marche! Eventuellemt Ils faisent un remboursement de 100%

Bonjour, C’est la première fois que je suis autant déçu par un produit VEVOR. J’ai commandé cette machine une première fois, mais elle ne fonctionnait pas. La deuxième a fonctionné seulement trois jours et, maintenant, les glaçons ne tombent plus : ils restent collés sur les picots où la glace se forme. Seule la fonction eau froide fonctionne encore correctement. J’abandonne. Le service client a été réactif, mais ce produit est une vraie catastrophe. Je ne le recommande absolument pas. Je suis totalement déçu et j’espère que mes prochaines commandes fonctionneront mieux, comme cela avait été le cas avec mes précédents achats chez VEVOR.

Maskinen er defekt ved ankomst, og når man kontakter vevor ville de vende tilbage efter 2 dage og når man rykker dem for svar efter 4-5 dage også derefter med 2 dages mellemrum så høre man ingen ting eller nogen respons overhovedet Købte maskinen den 10 juli og den kom efter 7 hver dage (3 dage senere end de havde skrevet). The machine is defective upon arrival, and when you contact vevor they would get back to you after 2 days and when you push them for a response after 4-5 days and then again after 2 days you hear nothing or no response at all Bought the machine on July 10th and it arrived after 7 every day (3 days later than they had written). I didn't think that experience was worth 300 euros If that's the customer service you can expect from vevor I'll never shop there again!

La machine ne fonctionne pas depuis la réception du produit et le SAV n'a pas trouvé de solution. Je souhaite renvoyer le produit mais je n'arrive pas à obtenir de bon de renvoi de la part de VEVOR. Extrêmement déçu du produit et sa prise en charge de retour.

Har fået 2 maskiner af Vevor nu, ingen af dem virker. Står og blinker i 3 lamper uden der sker andet - elendig kvalitet.

My ice maker wouldn't work from day 1. I immediately tried contacting customer service to get a replacement. I've been getting the run around for a week now and the only response I've got is that their "email" team will contact me in 24-48 hours. I've sent many follow up inquiries and was only told the email team would review my claim and respond in 24-48 hours and any further inquiries would only slow the process. Basically said stopp bugging us, we'll get to you when we feel like it. I will NEVER purchase another Vevor product
