Appareil reçu à la date convenue, en parfait état, et après un peu de temps passé à le monter (arrivé avec quelques éléments à assembler soi-même), j'ai mis en route et tout à l'air de fonctionner. Par contre il n' y a qu'un mode d'emploi en anglais, que je n'ai pas entierment compris à cause des termes techniques et de ce fait, je n'ai pas pu le tester dans une conduite bouchée que je comptais traiter dès réception de cet appareil. J'espère trouiver un mode d'emploi en français, mais il est inadmissible quand on vent en France sur un site appelé VEVOR France de ne pas avoir de manuel en français....Tout le monde ne maitrise pas l'anglais, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit d'un appareil technique

Really truly the only thing I don't like about it is that it has a short cord so you always have to bring an extension cord. And also it seems that when it gets to something that it needs to push through it just stops and you need to fiddle with stuff for it to wanna push further. You need to crank that knob down so tight sometimes you need to fiddle with the back-and-forth. It does work, but it could be better but for the price, how can you complain?

Machine arrived broken. It was a pain in the ass to be able to return. It took me a few weeks dealing with the terrible Customer Service. And I would be very surprised if this review ever makes it on their website.

Demandé un retour et remboursement depuis 3 jours aucune réponse du support à la clientèle. Il ne s’agit pas d’un retour de convenance. Il s’agit d’un problème de qualité / produit défectueux.Selon votre propre Politique de Retour & de Remboursement, les “Problèmes de qualité” font partie des raisons soutenant le retour gratuit, avec photos ou vidéos pour vérifier le problème. Nous avons fourni des photos et pouvons aussi fournir une vidéo montrant que le drum ne rembobine pas correctement le câble.

overall the machine did not meet my expectations. The cable is 100 feet that’s good But it’s thinner than the regular drain cleaner and it breaks easily. It got broken and repair is what everyone should avoid after buying anything new. Iam asl finding it challenging to return after breaking and disposing the box. I will rather pay more and get a machine that will work for me longer than buy cheap and fail to get your work done.

Hey Vevor I've had pretty good success with your products in the past, this one left me frustrated. Overall it looked good and ran as I anticipated except for one very important feature. This unit continually spun the auger cable back on itself within the drum. While this didn't stop the drum from rotating it stopped the forward progress of the auger. I had to return the auger cable back into the drum and take the unit outside and manually uncoil the cluster. Eventually I got my clog busted but the final retrieval wrapped itself again and I simple put it away. I'd like to resolve this so I can loan this to family and friends. The way it sits however renders it pretty useless.

Hello, I don’t take pleasure in writing this review, especially because I’ve had good experiences with Vevor in the past. However, my most recent purchase has been very frustrating. I ordered a drain snake that arrived damaged. I reported the issue to Vevor right away, but it has now been several weeks without any resolution. The only way I’ve been able to reach customer service is through email, and each time I’m told that someone will follow up—yet I haven’t received any response. At this point, I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I’m simply looking for a resolution to this issue. Thank you. Kevin O’Mara

As a plumber, I have used many different sewer machines but this is one of the worst. The cable is too flexible and the drum doesn't have anything internally (like an internal cage) to prevent it from twisting on itself when you hit a solid blockage like tree roots. I ordered a replacement cable with this machine and both of them snagged and twisted on themselves. Within 3 service calls this machine was rendered unusable. Add to that the amount of time it took to get the snagged cable out 2+hours and this machine ended up costing me money. I literally had to go rent another sewer machine to finish a job. I don't recommend buying this unit!
