After 2nd use bearing gone , so not in use after 2nd use , for this waste of money , easy to transport

1 Star — Junk machine and terrible customer service I bought this Vevor drain auger, used it one time, followed the instructions, and the cable is now stuck in the drum because it kinked or tangled inside. I’m not new to running drain machines, so this was not user error from someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing. This machine turned out to be a huge mistake. What made it worse was customer service. I contacted them for help and a refund, and their response was basically “too bad, it’s your problem.” No real help, no standing behind their product, and no accountability. A drain auger should not fail like this after a single use, especially when operated correctly. If a company won’t back up a defective product, that tells you everything you need to know. Would not recommend. Buyer beware

The machine was recieved inoperable, the company refused to return the machine and refund my money, very diappointed with this company, could never recommend them.

The 3/8" x 75' drain cleaner made it about 60 feet before it bound up in a clean drain. I am asking for a reduced price on a 1/2" model, or a full return, up to them. When I initially asked for a refund they sent me a link to watch an operational video of the product. I'm not sure what they will decide on the refund. The advertisements clearly state there is a 30-day return policy, but I feel some feet dragging so far :-).

I bought it and in the first attempt it came out of alignment and it is coming out of the rotary shaft Nothing is aligned

This machine was the worst I had used. The power cable was only a foot long, that’s ridiculous, you can’t plug anywhere unless you have an extended cable. It fail on my first use. Worse ever, not recommended

Short review i used it 2 times and that thing broke. Contacting customer service didn't help at all. Over $300 of lost

I bought this 50ft. × 1/2" snake, it has a good motor but is kind of slow, so heavy to lift, too bulky, its hard to make it fit in a trunk. The worst is that the nuts securing the wheels come off alot, no matter how much you tighten it they come off, I just lost one and now I can roll my snake around on the wheels. Also, while snaking a drain the screw and the auger tip came off. Yes, they came.off while doing the job and obviously clogging even more the drain.so disappointed. Don't buy this always go for known brands like ridgid or milwaukee.
