Bought for our hunting club. Works as intended for making coffee. Good product so far.

A good alternative to spending over $1,000 for a Bunn water line machine. However, it will require a water line (refrigerator ice maker feed will work). The water feed provided has 3/4" garden hose fittings at each end. One fits the machine, but you will need to get a 1/4" to 3/4" adapter for the feed line. I bought a two-piece assembly at a plumbing supply store, but apparently Home Depot has a one-piece available. AND, the water line connector provided with the unit is a piece of flimsy plastic. Mine came with one knob broken. Fortunately, ACE hardware had a washing machine supply hose in steel, so it worked. A dishwasher supply kit might also work. Do NOT count on relying on the "instructions" provided. They are sketchy at best, and obviously written by an AI translator.

Very Nice

It's a nice looking coffee pot. But it could be a bit better quality. It fills the pot to full with coffee. Also when it's heating up before I make coffee it will spit out a bit of water. Other then that it works fine. Tried to find instructions on line to see if water can be adjusted but no luck.

Our 40 year old commercial coffee maker finally stopped working. We have purchased a few other items from Vevor that we’ve liked so I thought I would save money and purchase this coffee maker. The coffee maker is fine except you can’t use the hot water tap at the same time coffee is brewing. It will pull the amount of water you take from the tap away from the coffee pot. So, I ordered a Vevor hot water dispenser. For two days it was fantastic. I raved about the different temps and volumes. On the third day it stopped working. I put in a support email right away which said it would be answered in 48 hours. That was four days ago with nothing but follow up emails saying it is a priority. So we’ve been boiling water on the stove and putting in carafes for tea. Not the best option for a busy cafe in the middle of tourist season. Will delete my cart of the future purchases I wanted to make if this is the customer service you receive.

Damaged, Missig Part

We recently ordered 12 cup commercial coffee brewer from Vevor, we received it within 3-4 days and installation was not hard, eventhough they could have given proper installation instructions. Most disappointing part is that the machine started leaking from top & from the side. I have tried contacting customer support by submitting pictures & videos of the water leak. Initially, they informed us that they will revert in 48 hours & even after 48 hours they again responded that they are still investigating the matter & will revert in next 48 hours. So they are buying unnecessary time to respond but so far no resolution. This is pathetic. Im loosing business because of this coffee machine since I removed my old machines after arrival of this one & this is not working. I would suggest to avoid this

Works as intended. Have only been using it for a few weeks so not sure about quality. I will update in a few months.

Takes a long time to heat the water when initially plugged in, but it works fine. The two brew sizes offered on the machine are 6 or 12 Cups, but the included coffee pots only have an 8 Cup capacity???
