This machine After my 3-burner BUNN coffee machine only lasted two years, I decided to give the VEVOR Commercial Coffee Machine a try, especially since it was significantly more affordable for my small diner. I appreciate the warranty options that come with this machine, which are not provided by BUNN. Overall, I really like the VEVOR coffee machine. The dual brewers are a fantastic feature, allowing us to serve more customers at once. However, there's one major downside: the brewing time. It takes about 8 minutes to brew a single pot, which can be a bit frustrating during busy hours. We’ve had to adjust our brewing strategy to ensure we always have enough coffee on hand. Despite the slow brewing speed, this machine offers great value for the price, and the warranty provides peace of mind. I would definitely recommend it to other small businesses looking for an economical coffee solution.

It works great good price. The only thing I don’t like is it doesn’t have an automatic shut off

This coffee maker and 4 pot set is perfect for our restaurant/coffee house for standard drip coffee. Does everything we need and you don't need to pay for things you don't need. Works great, though I wish I could turn the burner temps down just a tad. If you're serving coffee all the time it's not a big deal but if you let it sit for a while, it will scald the coffee.

Unit works well, keeps coffee hot, and brews ice tea with ease. I wish it had a different color band for decaf coffee, but other than that - a flawless unit

Ran about two months now without any issues. Would recommend putting a online filter before before the machine. But all in all it has been good to us.

Machine works great and the price is right. Wish it would have come with one of the three urns different just for decaf but thats a minor gripe.

Received my coffee maker today shipped fast. Seem to be well packaged didn't look to be beat up at all in shipping and yet one glass coffee carafe was broken at the neck I don't think it was a shipping damage but more a assembly damage

Have used it for over a month. Now complaints. Works great!

Over all i like the machine, but it is slower to brew than a previous brand I used. In a restaurant situation speed is important. One of the carafe's shattered in my hand just two weeks after receiving the machine. For the price however its not too bad.
