A mio parere, quando si valuta un prodotto, credo sia si fondamentale confrontare caratteristiche,qualita', prezzi .., ma nel mio caso,oltre alla solida qualita' costruttiva e funzionale della macchiina sono stati i professionali e tempestivi chiarimenti del supporto clienti a risolvere cio', che poi si è dimostrato, un acquisto irrinunciabile. We ordered one of these for Velcro cutting, and rebuilt it to hold two Velcro spools. It has a very rigid cutting mechanism, and is fast too, so nothing to complain about in that department. HOWEVER: the documentation is waaay off, and the machine's instructions refer to a different machine. Even worse: For days, we couldn't work out the button combination to start the machine.Suddenly it works fine, and not with the same combination as the day before. It turns out that electronics need to warm up before it is stabile. Turn it on, wait 6 minutes, and it all works fine. It is one of those products that gives 'Made In China' a bad reputation, but when the machine works, it does the job well. It is not advertized for Velcro cutting, but we have no complains. The big question: If this one broke, would we buy the same model again? Yes. We understand it now, but we had some frustrating days to begin with. Hope this review can help someone.

I have to admit that this machine did exactly what I needed and is extremely simple to use. My only complaint is that the reel sometimes needs to be baby-sitted because the webbing can come off and cause issues. Overall, it worked perfectly and I was able to cut 2,000 pieces of webbing in only a few hours. This would have taken me weeks of hard work by hand. This machine is a game changer! I would recommend it if you have to do 100 or more of anything and you have the space to store it. It also cuts very cleanly and with constistantly perfect lengths.

It's really cool, but the screen broke after the first use. All the LEDs were lit up so you couldn't tell what the numbers were. I contacted support and they sent me a new part after having to explain 7 times what the issue was (I provided pictures and they still didn't understand). I received the part with zero information on how to change the part. Multiple days passed with no response back to my inquiry on how to replace it. The website says support 24/7 but they just respond to you saying "I've passed this on to my colleague" which does nothing for me. I ordered this for my business and it sucks that it's completely unusable now.

C'est un échec total : la machine ne coupe pas à chaud, même en réglant la vitesse au minimum et la température au maximum. la sangle c'effiloche toujours !!!!! Le matériel n'est absolument pas conforme aux promesses techniques. je vais lancer un litige avec Visa Business Pour couronner le tout, le SAV de la marque Vevor est lamentable. J'ai déposé 4 demandes d'assistance et je n'ai toujours reçu aucune solution de leur part. J'ai totalement perdu confiance en cette marque.
