Lots of bugs, weird operation errors, no update function, support is useless.
Buy a name brand machine. Not so much because this is bad (it does feel cheap) but if you need service or assistance, Vevor is absolutely awful. They don't know at all how to operate it, or fix errors. In addition, they get all bent when you offer feedback and words like "works bad" or "is terrible" will be met with "speak professionally or chat will be terminated" ???!! So yeah, if you want junk with frustrating and overly-sensitive "support", this is for you. Otherwise, buy a used Robinair or something.

After i received machine , support team didn't help me to solve software problem . I did it by myself. During 2 days online support was lying me that technical team tried to reach me through email but i have not received even one email from them. At last they told me they would contact me during 24 hours but nobody contacted me. After i solved software issue by myslef . When i started checking leak test ,Freon machine turned out to have leaking issue. I regret i bought this machine.
